For the past 8 years I have been about Expansive Transformation, either intentionally sought or brought by surprise from the Universe.  I have adopted this philosophy, Everything that comes to me unexpected is a gift from God.  So as a day develops my intention is to expand to the place where I can see the gift in every experience I have. This has taken me on quite a ride.. From being locked into religion, to nursing my husband through terminal cancer for 2 years, to burying him, to struggling through a bankruptcy, to meeting an amazing man, who is the perfect mirror for me, to moving to Idaho then Oregon, to traveling to Europe for some of the most amazing transformational workshops I've ever experienced, to coming into my own as a powerful healer , to supporting my daughter in a rising career as an actress, to learning to be with what is up right now and trusting that this is the perfect step on my journey in life.

I see another chapter is beginning and I feel the powerful emotions churning inside of me.  Anticipation, Excitedness, Fear, some I haven't identified yet, all mixed with the realization that I am creating my universe.  I bring exactly what I ask for.  Maybe not what I ask for with my mouth or even my intentioned thoughts, but what I ask for energeticly, what I intend with my everyday attitudes.  Where I tip the scale is what I experience.

Then at the same time to allow myself to be with what is up in the now… no matter if it is bliss, frustration, elation, anger, fear, contractive or expansive. It's okay… To feel exactly where I am, when I am there allows me to drop into a peace and source so profound it is worth it. Every time I allow myself to go past the fear & judgement of a contracive emotion and just feel it, I drop into something so amazing that it's hard to describe..
